Join us for the 2nd year of our big one-day getaway, One House @ The Manor! We’re bringing members of the community to a countryside manor for a day of fun, relaxation and connection.
This year, we have TWO event days to make sure that everyone has a chance to come! Saturday 15th and Sunday 16th August 2026.
Ticket Release Dates:
Members: Monday 25th May

General Release: Monday 1st June

Much like in 2025, our 2026 Manor will be a 📍 short distance from London. The full address will be sent to all ticket holders on the week of the event
What to Expect…

Amenities
A swimming pool and sauna on-site for you to enjoy at your own pace. Whether you want to cool off, unwind, or just float and chat with people, it's there for you!

Activities
We'll have a lineup of activities, to keep things flowing and give everyone a chance to connect. More details will be sent to ticket holders closer to the event date!

Meet New People
Spaces to gather, play, and just hang out. We’ll have a DJ playing our favourite songs, plus a bunch of card games, board games and consoles for everyone to enjoy!

Overnight Stay
If you want to make the most of it, stay the night. Wake up at the Manor, use the gym and sauna, and ease into the morning before heading home. We'll have breakfast for those staying overnight as well.

Food & Drink
Never have to leave the fun. We'll have a bar and BBQ food available to purchase at the Manor so you can eat, drink, and enjoy the weekend without having to think too hard about it.

Transport
We've arranged an optional group coach so nobody has to stress about getting there. Travel down together, meet people before you even arrive. Outbound, inbound, or return, whatever works for you.

Event Pass
Grab a pass for either one day or two days! Your pass gives access to the Manor and all amenities. It also gives access to group activities taking place during the day.

Coach Travel
Ride down with the community! You can book outbound, inbound, or a full return coach to the Manor, depending on your plans. Spaces are limited so grab yours early 🚌"

The villa is located in Sevenoaks, a 30 min drive from Greenwich (O2 Arena). For privacy reasons, the exact location will be sent to ticket holders 7 days before the event.

Access to the Manor, use of all facilities and a range of activities!

Food & drink is not included with tickets, but we will have food & drinks vendors on site, to keep everyone fuelled!

We’ll be at the Manor from 4pm! We recommend you come early to fully enjoy your time there.
For those taking the coach, pick-up/drop-off times and exact location will be communicated via email/sms/WhatsApp

We’ll have a number of activities running, including wellness sessions and a games/karaoke Night. What you take part in is entirely up to you! Those that just want to relax and use the Manor’s facilities are more than welcome to.
We will share a final schedule to all ticket holders closer to the event.

This event is strictly for those in their 20s and 30s.

DO NOT RESELL YOUR TICKET through unofficial channels! (e.g. WhatsApp etc)
We will be running an official resell site (Tixel) for all those who are unable to make the event.
We will NOT accept any resells conducted away from our designated platform, and will NOT be sending information on the venue to anyone not on our ticketholder lists
This keeps things efficient and protects all potential buyers!

We run a strict no refund policy. In the event that tickets sell out, we will have a resell site for those wanting to purchase/give up their spaces.
Please read our terms and conditions when booking your ticket. If you violate one of the terms we have set, we will be unable to offer a refund.
